The "Fucine" are temporary exhibition-experiential paths, created through the involvement of artisans and local associations. The "Fucine" are designed to allow visitors to become acquainted with four significant elements of the intangible cultural heritage of the Pisciotta Community.
WORKSHOP ON WOODEN BOAT AND LATIN SAILBOATS
Inside a converted ancient "malazzeno" turned into a workshop, master shipwright Giovanni Cammarano will demonstrate to visitors how a Latin sailboat is crafted. Illustrative slides of boat restoration work will also be projected, showcasing an ancient technique that is an integral part of Pisciotta's cultural identity.

Workshop on Fishing and 'Menaica' Anchovies
The "malazzeno" that hosts the workshop was once a storage place for fishing nets, including the so-called "menaide," through which some local fishermen keep the ancient tradition of "alici di menaica" alive – caught on calm sea days between April and July and then preserved with salt – which have become a Slow Food Presidium in recent years. The experiential activities offered mainly focus on the process of handling and salting the anchovies.

Workshop on Cultivation of Pisciotta Olive
The workshop will narrate the significance of the olive tree for Pisciotta by conducting hands-on sessions for crafting olive oil-based soaps, tastings of oil, and the creation of some natural remedies utilizing the beneficial properties of olives. Artifacts and artworks crafted from olive wood will be displayed. Additionally, a journey will be arranged, starting from an olive tree and culminating at an olive oil mill.

Dry-Stone Walls Workshop (UNESCO Heritage)
The workshop activities aim to guide participants in discovering the techniques of dry-stone wall construction. An art that marks rural landscapes in various areas of Europe and which, in 2018, UNESCO included in its 'Intangible Cultural Heritage List.' The itinerant workshop will also provide insights into the significance of dry-stone walls for land preservation and the enhancement of biodiversity.
